From your building plan to structural drawings
The architectural plan describes how a building will be used. Structural design develops the foundations and load-bearing frame that support that plan. Coordinating the two early helps identify column positions, spans, floor levels and openings before construction begins.
RCC and steel design
Our services include RCC and steel structural drawings. The drawing scope depends on the building and agreed brief: foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircases or steel members and connections. Discuss the intended use, number of floors and any special requirements when requesting a proposal.
What to share for a project discussion
Send the site location, latest architectural plans, intended building use and number of floors. Include a soil investigation report if available, along with any existing structural drawings. For changes to an existing building, explain the proposed alteration and share available records so the review requirements can be discussed.
Agree the scope before work begins
Use the initial discussion to confirm the drawings required, available inputs, coordination needs and expected schedule. Estimation and quantity surveying can be discussed separately if you also need help planning construction quantities and costs.
